McDonald's in Lehrte

Long waiting time on the drive, everything else is okay.

Absolute cheek, refused to pick us up at the McDrive for lockdown by bike, customer service in the Lehrter branch absolutely unsatisfactory, unfriendly and the service was really bad, especially in this branch. Food distribution refused and only possible by car. It's a shame if none is available and you don't get an order. Folks, that inevitably means that you make less and less sales: D Goodwill is not to be expected, so that we had to start our way home again without food, you should be ashamed, soon only on site when open in another branch, otherwise there will be no more sales through us! Very disappointing and not the first time either.

Everything is great, drive in works very well.

We had to wait a long time and the food was cold. MC never again.

PACKAGING WASTE v. Mc Donalds TEACHED NOT ONLY NEARBY BUT THROUGHOUT THE CITY.

The ideal place to end the defiphase once and for all, to take another step towards becoming a ball. At the drive-in you are always served quickly and there are no problems with understanding. The staff are always very friendly. Could of course also be due to the white Porsche Panamera 4 with 330 hp, which we always drive up with.

Even in Corona times, food can be picked up here; both indoor and McDrive.

Unfortunately not as good as usual. French fries and citizens clearly too cold. That doesn't taste good! 👎🏻

Unfortunately, the shop has already had its best days. Cold food, especially the wrong products (carton was a Big Mac, but inside was another burger), if you want to have a coffee in the shop you get a to go mug? Are you serious?

Unfortunately the service is not what it used to be ... The site looks more like a construction site ...

Worst cuppachino ever

A very clean branch with super loving and nice staff. The staff are very attentive. The corona regulations are observed and implemented. I can't understand the bad reviews. If the customers adhered to the regulations, discussions for the employees would not be the order of the day as to why a contact sheet has to be filled out and the order is only placed at the terminal. And everyone's sick of the mask discussion. Dear McDonald's team keep it up! :)

They forgot to add juices to the Happy Meal set, not for the first time.

Ordering was only possible at 2 terminals. Card payment was not possible with these. Therefore long waiting times and long dwell times despite taking the food away. 20 minutes for 2 ice creams is definitely too long. Not enough space to keep the corona distance.

Incompetent, naughty and impolite. When visiting the restaurant, I was rudely pushed to the broken order machine at first. After 3 attempts and thus lost vouchers, I went back to the correct cash register, where I was briefly informed by an incompetent employee before she realized that it was her mistake. Furthermore, she could not accept any orders and even failed to scan the coupon. 0 out of 5 stars and the recommendation to change the cashier.

The tables and toilets are super dirty. Despite searching, not found a clean table. Shouldn't these be cleaned after each guest? The toilets were super disgusting and unusable. The staff can't help the "pigs" but you should clean them from time to time.

Fast Foot

I like to keep up with the times. But is it too much to ask not to have to place an order through a machine? Otherwise an order on site is no longer possible! The customer should be given a choice. We will not come again until you can order in person!

I waited more then 1 hour and they forgot my food. Employees were working extremely slow. I would recommend going to another restaurant. This is just the worst Mac ever!

Disappointing big mac menu and staff didn't seem too motivated.

The service is nice but unfortunately you can not go there in the evening at 21:30 clock, because the entire store is completely filthy.

McDonalds does not really differ. This one though still offers the signature burgers, which are normally not offered anymore. McDrive works well, place looked quite clean. Nice because situated close to the highway.
